It’s really hard to stay accountable to yourself 24/7. So public shaming is going to be my motivation. I want to post my goals and update on social media to hold myself accountable. Hopefully you guys will enjoy the journey and perhaps it will help motivate you guys to start on your own goals! So without further ado…here are my goals and the dates I hope to complete them.
- Run the entire 5k Fun Run Oct. 14
- Get to my goal weight &/or feel good Oct. 31
- Save $1,000 Oct. 31
- Rough Draft-Secret Project Oct.31
- Create a consistent routine
I am hoping to post a blog tomorrow about how I break down my goals into bite sized pieces. But the first step is to know what direction you want to be heading before you jump in. I think writing down goals is the scariest part due to it seeming so permanent. I believe that it is healthy to stick to your goals, but also remember that adjusting your goal into a more realistic achievement is perfectly fine.
