I exercise 2-4 hours a day…sound like a lot? It is…but I fit it into my busy schedule! Now…how? Well, first of all…when people think heavy exercising they think of exreme sessions at the gym…which is awesome..but most people don’t have the time for that… I don’t have the time for that. So here is my personal training schedule and then you can do what you will with it!
So it’s important to note that I mix it up! I have low impact exercise, HIIT workouts, stretches, and body weight based exercises everyday! In those individual exercise groups I change it up as well…so this is just what I do most days!
(As well as: You DO NOT have to workout this much! Weight-loss is 95% diet based. You want a 400-500 cal deficit to lose weight you can figure out how to do that in this blog! That being said, I try to burn as many calories as possible so I can eat more! lmao)
7am: 30 minutes–Interval Running 60 sec running–30 sec fast walk (I am hoping to level up here soon!) I burn 250-300 cal depending on the intensity.
7:45 am: 20 minutes–Guided Intermediate Yoga & Meditation. I burn about 200-210 cal.
10-11am: Walk to work (2.5 miles–44min) I burn about 300 cal on average.
@Work: (This is an average day) My step counter calculates I burn about 250-300 cal at work…But I also don’t carry my phone everywhere with me…so…
3-4pm: Walking Home!(2.5 miles–44min) I burn about 300 cal on average. Sometimes I wander so about 300-400 cal.
7pm: 20 minutes–Guided Intermediate Yoga & Meditation. I burn about 200-210 cal.
7:30pm: 10-30min Body Strength training.I Burn 100-350 cal…depending on which workout I do!
So I burn about 1,600-1,720 calories a day…So I can now eat like…twice as much…and I am genuinely happy doing this routine!
