The kids side of apples…yep.

t-mcdonalds-Apple-Slices.jpg

The salads..although low in calories (depending on toppings) are some of the highest in sodium content on the entire menu!!!

Now…if you are vegan…and you have to order something off the menu…

Vegan Options:

Fruit and Maple Oatmeal

Basic Side Salas (no cheese) with Balsamic

Kids fruit sides: apples or cuties

Plain coffee, soda, and apple juice

Some locations offer vegan patties (no cheese, no bun)

Some locations have a vegan apple pie bar

Overall Summary:

Everything is packed with sodium, fat, and “unreal” ingredients. Your taste-buds might be tingling but your arteries are screaming.

Nutritionist recommend that if you are a 100% healthy person with no health risks…to eat MAXIMUM at McDonald’s once a month…

The average American is overweight and littered with health risks and over 60% of Americans asked admit they stop buy fast food (40% McDonald’s) 4-6 times a week after work.

Think about what you put into your body. It’s okay to treat yourself…but it’s not okay to kill yourself with food.
