Which Essential Oil is Right for You?|Wednesday Wellness

Good afternoon everybody! How is your day going? Today we are talking about which essential oil to use for certain symptoms.

NOW. If you have to invest in one oil…I would go with Lavender. It was listed for almost every injury, feeling, and situation. So…if you’re investing in one…I would go with the purple plant.

Now, if you are just curious what oil would help you out the most…here is a small list of oils I use for my symptoms.

Which Oil?

(Note: Dilute essential oils with coconut oil…especially if you have sensitive skin! πŸ™‚

Nausea: ginger oil, peppermint, and lavender.

Blood Sugars: Lavender and ginger oil.

Headache: lavender, rosemary, and peppermint.

Burns: Lavender and aloe vera (not an oil but helpful)

Periods: Lavender and Better Than Kisses (Plant Therapy)

Colds: Eucalyptus, rosemary, and peppermint.

Binge Eating: peppermint, orange, and cinnamon oils.

Anxiety: Lavender, any lemon/citrus oils.

Stress: Lavender, chamomile, and rose oils.
