Hey guys! Here is one of two breakfasts I am eating this week. I give you the recipes and the macros/calories according to cronometer.
Breakfast#1: “Greens & Protein”
Blend 1c spinach, 1 frozen banana, 1/2c plant milk (I used coconut 😋), greens powder (I used Isagenix brand), and chia seeds
Top with: 1 tbsp coconut shreds, 1tbsp hemp hearts, 1/8c chopped walnuts, and raspberries
